Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese self-massage technique that works with the meridian lines, acupressure points, circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body. This class will focus on the face. Gua Sha massage smooths, lifts, plumps and contours the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This class is not suitable if you have skin rashes, pustules or open wounds. The tutor will supply tools and oil which is included in the price.
