Eco Art – Come and Try

Course Description

EcoArt Therapy offers a calming and restorative way to reconnect with yourself through creativity, mindfulness, and the natural world.

In this gentle introductory workshop, you’ll be invited to slow down, notice the subtle details of nature, and explore simple expressive artmaking processes designed to support relaxation and emotional balance.

Through guided exercises, you’ll discover how working with natural forms, colours and textures can open space for insight, grounding and personal reflection.

Guided by a Certified Art Therapist, the session blends intuitive artmaking with mindful observation and reflective journalling.

Using natural materials and found inspiration, you’ll experiment with organic shapes, sensory textures and your own creative responses.

No art experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore creativity as a pathway to wellbeing.

Course Structure

This hands-on, experiential session begins with a gentle welcome and a mindful arrival practice to help participants settle into a reflective, unhurried space.

You’ll be introduced to the principles of EcoArt Therapy before moving into a sensory nature-observation activity, tuning into colour, texture and form in your surroundings.

Guided by the Tutor, you’ll then explore a creative exercise inspired by natural materials, using simple tools to express your impressions and responses.

The session closes with optional sharing, reflective journalling, and a gratitude practice, offering a grounding and uplifting end to your creative experience.
