Course Description
Knitting is back in fashion – not just in wardrobes, but also as a mindful, meditative practice that helps reduce stress and spark creativity.
This beginner-friendly course is perfect for those who have little or no experience and want to learn the timeless skill of knitting.
In the first session, you’ll discover the essential stitches and techniques to get started, while in the second, you’ll begin knitting a simple garment of your choice, such as a scarf.
Along the way, you’ll learn why so many people are turning to knitting for both relaxation and self-expression.
Your tutor will provide step-by-step instruction supported by written notes, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to continue at home.
With just a ball of wool, a pair of needles, and some patience, you’ll open the door to a craft that is as rewarding as it is calming.
By the end of the course, you’ll be on your way to creating your very first hand-knitted piece.
