Ivan Ocampo has been teaching at WEA since June 2023. 

Ivan is a dedicated financial management professional with a robust background in financial activities encompassing financial analysis, corporate finance, company valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and project management. 

He is proficient in financial and managerial accounting with knowledge of taxes, and his expertise extends to strategic management, covering areas such as strategic planning, marketing and sales, customer service, team management, KPIs, quality systems, negotiation, and risk management.

Ivan has a Master's in Accounting.

Course Description

Creating consistent marketing content is one of the biggest challenges faced by small business owners. 

This practical workshop shows how AI can help you produce professional, on-brand content quickly and efficiently, without needing a marketing degree or a large budget. 

You'll learn how to use AI as a creative partner to generate ideas, streamline content creation and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.

Whether you're creating social media posts, email campaigns, website content or blog articles, this workshop provides a practical framework for using AI to support your marketing efforts. 

Through demonstrations and hands-on exercises, you'll develop content for your own business and leave with a ready-to-use collection of marketing assets that can be implemented immediately.

Course Structure

The workshop begins with defining and documenting your brand voice, helping participants understand how to train AI tools to communicate in a way that reflects their business personality and values. 

Students then explore practical techniques for creating content across social media, email marketing, websites and blogs.

Participants will learn how to apply the RCTF prompting framework specifically to marketing activities, while also exploring basic search engine optimisation principles and common content creation mistakes. 

Throughout the session, students work on developing a personalised Marketing Content Starter Pack, including social media content, email subject lines and long-form content ideas for their own business.
