Join Frances and learn how to make your own set of mala beads using an assortment of coloured and crystal beads. You'll learn how to use your personal mala as a tool for meditation and relaxation and the metaphysical properties of the crystals you choose to add to your mala beads. Frances will supply kits which will cost each participant $40 (cash or card facilities available).

Frances Billinghurst has been teaching at WEA since 2013. 

Frances has been interested in esoteric sciences for most of her life where her quest to understand the workings of the universe (both on a macrocosmic as well as a microcosmic level).  This curiosity has led her to explore ancient civilisations, mythology and sacred symbolism as portals to journey to the deep soul self.
