As an Ayurveda & Naturopath Consultant at Essence of Nourishment, Kat is passionate about helping those find health and healing with traditional medicine modalities and therapies.

Specialising in women’s health, Kat seeks to uncover the root cause of an imbalance that may be causing various ailments or conditions using her knowledge and expertise in Ayurveda and Naturopathy.

Kat is an in-demand Holistic Practitioner, Workshop & Education Facilitator and Course Creator. Backed by many years of lived experience with her own journey to health that inspired her desire to study traditional medicine, and more than a decade of honing her skills through various healing modality qualifications, Kat shares her light which is embedded in a combination of passion,
experience and knowledge.

It enables her to provide guidance and mentoring as well as much needed healing to those wanting to achieve optimum health and vitality the natural way. 

Kat enjoys holding balance in life by spending time with family and being active whilst
successfully running her business in natural medicine.
