Each session incorporates simple postures (asanas), core strengthening, breathwork, and guided relaxation or meditation.
Alongside physical practice, students will be introduced to the philosophy behind yoga and how it can support a harmonious, modern lifestyle.

Course Structure
Over the duration of the course, students will gradually learn a sequence of beginner-level yoga postures enhanced with Pilates techniques that support strength, balance, and core stability.
Each class begins with gentle stretching and breathing techniques, followed by postural work and mindfulness-based movement.
Sessions conclude with guided relaxation and optional meditation.
In addition to the physical practice, this course will introduce students to the principles of yoga philosophy in an accessible and practical way.
