This course combines education with inspiration, introducing a range of strategies and support structures that can help you explore or maintain sobriety in a way that works for you.

Through conversation and guided discussion, you’ll examine motivations, societal norms, and real-world tools for reducing or eliminating alcohol from your life.

Whether you're looking for a reset, clarity, or connection, this course provides fresh perspectives and practical takeaways.

Course Structure

The session opens with a look at the international Sober Curious movement and the rise of alcohol-free living as a wellness choice.

Participants will explore how this movement is reshaping social norms around drinking and replacing them with inclusive, mindful alternatives.

The discussion then turns local, examining Australia’s cultural relationship with alcohol and how it influences our behaviours and expectations.

We’ll explore a range of alcohol-free options, from drinks to events and community support, and share insights into how people across the world are embracing this lifestyle.

The course wraps up with a practical session outlining the Top 10 strategies for becoming and staying sober, whether temporarily or as a long-term shift, and how to build a lifestyle filled with clarity, connection, and joy.
