Led by an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, this course is both informative and experiential.
You'll engage in pair work, discussions, and individual activities designed to deepen your understanding of NLP principles.
You’ll leave with tools such as the Swish technique, Circle of Excellence, and submodality work to help overcome anxiety, release limiting beliefs, and build greater personal resilience.
Course Structure
The course begins with an introduction to the fundamentals of NLP, including what it is and how it works, before diving into interactive activities that demonstrate its core principles.
You'll learn about eye patterns and sensory acuity, explore submodalities and how they shape your internal experiences, and practise building rapport using body language and language patterns.
Later, you’ll be introduced to simple but effective NLP techniques like the Swish pattern and the Circle of Excellence, which help reframe thoughts and build emotional confidence.
The session includes plenty of time for questions, reflection, and practising techniques with fellow participants.
