The ability to quickly record impressions through sketching has varied purposes in today's culture and most visual artists use this method of recording or working out ideas. The sketchbooks of some Renaissance old masters have become very well known, including those of Leonardo da Vinci, Botticelli and Michelangelo. In this course you will create a collection of astonishing sketchbook pages using a variety of great artists' techniques and ideas. You will practise and learn how to sketch professionally using and exploring a variety of dry types sketching mediums including graphite, coloured pencils, markers, ballpoint pens, and more.
