This course is aimed at both beginners and those who have had a little experience in traditional, broad-edged nib calligraphy and wish to improve their skills. Our focus will be on the Italic Hand and its associated capitals. Practise between lessons will be an important part of skills development. Suitable for students who attended the Foundational Hand course in 2023, but prior courses are not a prerequisite. $20 payable to tutor at the session for nibs, pen holder and ink, unless they have been purchased at previous classes. Please check receipt for other materials that are required to be brought along.
