Puff pastry has a reputation for being challenging, but with the right techniques there is no need to feel intimidated. In this class you will bake various savoury and sweet pastries and in the process learn about the different types of laminated (puff) pastry and how best to handle each one. Some pastry experience would be desirable but not essential. Ingredients cost approximately $50-$80. Specific materials are required so you may wish to contact the WEA before enrolling.
