Great movement happens when basic patterns and habits of coordination produce flow, ease, power and even graceful actions. These patterns are coordinated by our brains largely outside our awareness and interfered with by habits of posture and activity, or by pain and injury. A problem in one part reflects on the actions of other parts often at a distance, outside our awareness. Updating one's moving awareness by exploring illuminating movement sequences bypasses old habits and updates them quicker than you think. Flow and ease emerge out of neuroplastic approaches (brainier) golf. Surprise yourslef as to how movement can reprogram your brain for your more natural swing (bring a 7 iron).
