Clear the Head Trash

Course Description

Do you find yourself stuck in repetitive thought loops rehashing worries, replaying conversations, or spiralling into anxiety and panic?

This one-day, practical workshop is designed to help you interrupt these mental patterns and regain a sense of calm, clarity, and control.

Blending proven Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) strategies with selected kinesiology-based techniques, this experiential course explores how stress and anxiety are created within the mind–body system, and how they can be gently disrupted.

Participants learn simple, effective tools that can be used immediately in everyday life, helping reduce mental overload and restore emotional balance.

All processes are taught in a psychologically safe way, allowing participants to work privately and at their own pace, without pressure to share personal experiences.

A comprehensive workbook supports learning during the session and ongoing practice afterward. Please bring a pen and a notebook to take your own notes.

Course Structure

The workshop begins by exploring how repetitive thinking patterns form and why the mind can get “stuck” in stress and anxiety loops.

Through live demonstration, the tutor introduces key NLP and kinesiology concepts that explain how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact under pressure.

Participants are then guided through a series of structured, experiential processes designed to interrupt unhelpful thinking patterns and calm the nervous system.

Each technique is demonstrated first and then practised individually, allowing learning to occur at an embodied, felt level.

Throughout the day, participants are supported with clear explanations, time for reflection, and opportunities to ask questions, with all tools documented in a workbook for continued use beyond the workshop.

Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Understand how repetitive thoughts contribute to stress and anxiety
  • Recognise how the mind and body interact under pressure
  • Use practical NLP techniques to interrupt unhelpful thinking loops
  • Apply simple kinesiology-based strategies to calm the nervous system
  • Reduce feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and mental clutter
  • Leave with tools and a workbook to support ongoing stress management.
