Turn a simple pack of mince pork from your local supermarket into delicious Chinese home-style dishes such as Pearl Meatballs, Stuffed Tofu Boxes, Steamed Pork Patty with Egg and 'Ants Climbing a Tree' (Glass noodles with minced pork).

Julia has taught and worked in cultural exchange across China, South Korea and Australia, bringing extensive international experience to her teaching. Over the past decade, she has designed and delivered a variety of interactive cooking workshops for international students and adult learners, combining hands-on culinary skills with engaging cultural insights.
