This workshop explores the belief that your date of birth and full name hold a unique energetic blueprint, revealing your spiritual lessons, inner strengths, life cycles, and opportunities for growth.
Through guided theory and hands-on activities, you’ll learn how numbers influence personality, life direction, relationships, and consciousness, and how numerology can be used as a tool for personal mastery.
Across the day, you’ll map out your own numerology profile, uncover both supportive and challenging traits, and learn how to elevate your vibration by applying practical spiritual strategies.
Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or simply curious about metaphysical traditions, this workshop provides a warm, insightful environment to explore your inner landscape and gain meaningful understanding of your spiritual path.
No prior knowledge of numerology is required.
Course Structure
The workshop begins with a welcome session, and a personalised birthday synopsis to introduce the day’s themes.
Participants are then guided through key theoretical foundations, including hylozoism, self-mastery, and the positive and negative qualities associated with numerological vibrations.
The morning continues with an activity exploring personal numerology elements such as the Governing Factor, Personality Factor, Maturity Factor, and Destiny Factor.
After lunch and a period of self-reflection, the focus shifts to understanding the power embedded within names, including Spiritual Purpose, Egoic Desire, and Overall Self Expression.
The afternoon includes practical exercises such as exploring “current year” vibrations, marriage lessons, and the influence of nicknames.
The workshop concludes with an open Q&A, creating time for shared reflections and connection among participants.

Your Tutor is Anne Marie Godden
Anne Marie Godden BA(Psych), BEd, GDHC, MTEC has been teaching at WEA since 2016.
Anne Marie was a therapist and adult educator specialising in trauma, abuse and neurodiversity for more than 30 years, before a COVID career change. Now working as a preschool teacher, and inspired by her own children - with dyslexia, auditory processing and autism - she helps young children and their families discover life purpose, persevere and succeed with their learning.
Anne Marie began her spiritual journey more than 30 years ago learning Reiki with Glenys Crack in Arrente Country; Meditation, Seership and Numerology with Edmund Harold at his Grail House Retreat; Esoteric Philosophy with William Meader; and finally, Hypnotherapy and Past-life Regression Therapy with Dr Brian Weiss in New York.
With qualifications in psychology, health counselling, hypnotherapy, adult education and early childhood education, Anne Marie helps people create peaceful, connected lives through her readings and workshops.
