Mastering the basics of foreign language conversation is easier than you think. In these courses you will learn how to ask simple questions, talk about yourself, make enquiries and socialise. By the end of the course, with proper application and home practise, you should be able to make yourself understood by a native speaker. AGE ELIGIBILITY: The tutor presenting this course holds a current Working with Children Check and has completed an online Child Safety Standards training course. Students aged 14+ years may enrol in this course and attend unaccompanied. Students aged 12 to 13 years may enrol and attend when accompanied by an adult who is also enrolled in the course. Age eligibility is calculated based on the student's age on the first day of the course.

Annabelle is a native French speaker from Normandy, driven by a strong passion for sharing her language and culture.
With many years of teaching experience, she has worked with learners of all ages, levels, and goals, whether for travel, professional needs, school support, or personal interest, both individually and in group settings.
She previously taught French at the WEA for several years and is delighted to return and welcome new students.
In addition to language teaching, Annabelle is a wellbeing coach and is also passionate about teaching Indian culture, Yoga and Vedic philosophy.
