Guided through the principles of mindfulness, you’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and deeply rooted beliefs influence your day-to-day experience.
With curiosity and kindness, this course encourages you to look inward without judgement, offering simple yet profound tools to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater intention.
Led by expert Life Coach and inspirational presenter Alice Bacon, this full day course is designed for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a new way forward.
You don’t need any prior experience – just a willingness to show up as you are.
You’ll be invited to share, but never pressured. This is not about being ‘fixed’ or achieving perfection. It’s about slowing down. Listening in. And remembering who you’ve always been – beneath the noise. If you're ready to reclaim that version of you, this workshop is a place to begin.
