This introductory course offers a fresh lens through which to see yourself: one that honours your natural energy, decisions, and direction in life.
In this uplifting 3-hour workshop, you'll be introduced to the Human Design system – a fascinating blend of astrology, the I Ching, chakras, and quantum physics – designed to help you uncover your personal "user manual."
You’ll walk away with an understanding of your unique energy type, strategy, and inner authority, so you can begin making aligned choices and move through life with less resistance and more confidence.
This session combines teaching, self-reflection, and guided experiences. You’ll generate and explore your own chart in real time, reflect on your personal values, and engage with practical insights to help you apply Human Design in everyday life.
With space for discussion and grounding practices like meditation, the course provides both clarity and a sense of calm direction.
Whether you’re new to personal development or deep into your self-discovery journey, this course is your invitation to stop pushing and start flowing with who you really are.
Course Structure
The 3-hour workshop begins with a gentle introduction to the core principles of Human Design explained in clear, practical language.
Participants will generate their personal Human Design chart using their birth details and be guided through the basics of chart interpretation. The facilitator will then explore the five energy types and their strategies and authorities, using real-life examples to bring the concepts to life.
Following this, participants will complete a guided values reflection exercise, identifying their top five core values through a structured framework.
The session concludes with a calming guided meditation to anchor insights gained and to embody the feeling of living in alignment with your design and values.
Participants leave with both knowledge and practical tools to support ongoing personal exploration.

Nicola Spencer is a confidence coach, Human Design specialist, and educator with over 15 years of experience in personal development and wellbeing. Known for her grounded and relatable approach, she supports women to reconnect with who they are beneath the noise…through values work, mindset coaching, and Human Design.
Her journey into Human Design began with a simple conversation at a barbecue, an offhand chat that sparked deep curiosity about what might be possible if she better understood how she was actually designed to live. What started as a personal exploration quickly became a passion for helping others do the same.
Nicola now weaves together ancient wisdom, modern tools, and real-life experience to guide people toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment. She regularly runs workshops, retreats, and online programs that focus on practical growth, self-trust, and showing up fully as yourself.
