This course will cover the basics of superannuation. Some of the questions we consider are: What is Superannuation? Can I buy a house with my super? Can I invest ethically within my Super fund? How is my super invested? Opportunities for questions and discussions involving participants as well. Course is aimed at a younger age group and not for retirees.

Your Tutor is Shane Wise 

Shane Wise has been teaching at WEA since 2019. 

Shane previously worked in the finance industry, as well as with universities in Australia and overseas. His passion is to share his experience and knowledge with students, and he is driven to help Australians gain greater financial literacy and ultimately a greater understanding of all things financial.

Shane has a Master of Environmental & Business Management, a Master of Teaching, and a Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146).
