A traditional Tiramisu, made as a cake, learning the process of egg pasteurisation and the Savoiardi (Ladyfinger) biscuits. Following up with the Caribbean Cake, which is another amazing dessert made up of different layers: coconut dacquoise, raspberry gelee, dark chocolate cremoso, coconut custard, and decorated with Italian Meringue. You will sample and take home what is prepared.
