Throughout the course, you’ll gain practical skills and confidence to recreate gözleme at home, starting with scratch-made dough and progressing through the step-by-step process of filling and cooking.

Hikmet Vuslat Tolotta has been teaching at WEA since April 2022.
Hikmet was born in Kastamonu, Türkiye in 1987 and migrated from Türkiye to Australia in 2011. After studying and working in many different areas, she decided to follow her passion of cooking and opened her own catering business in 2017. Nar Delights specialises in custom catering with a Turkish twist.
Hikmet loves meeting new people, teaching, cooking, eating, reading, spending time with her family and helping others. She also volunteers for two organisations, the Turkish Association of South Australia and North East Community House.
