Turkish Cooking

Learn how to prepare delicious and filling traditional Turkish soups including Ezogelin (tomato base), Yayla (yogurt base), Mercimek (red lentil) and Tarhana (fermented soup). You will also be learning how to make a Turkish bread called Bazlama as an accompaniment to the soups. This is a demonstration and hands-on course with lots of tasting opportunities.
