Your Tutor is Dr Yianni Cartledge

Dr Yianni Cartledge BEd/BA, BA (Hons), PhD has been teaching at WEA since February 2022. 

Yianni is a tutor of history and Modern Greek language. In December 2023 he completed his PhD at Flinders University, looking at migration. 

He has had experience teaching history and Modern Greek in primary, secondary, tertiary and adult education settings, and currently is a teacher at the Department for Education, an adjunct lecturer at Tabor College, and a tutor at Flinders University. 

Yianni’s passions include research, publishing, running, gardening, language, and all things history!
